With over twenty five years experience as an executive in commercial records centres, he started his entrepreneurial status by creating the innovative electronic vaulting for network backup and recovery solutions.
In 2002, Rick co- founded Infostrata Inc. to deliver document management solutions for highly active medical records with scan-on-demand technology. Rick is also the co-founder of Archives ONE Limited Partnership, a state-of-the-art archival storage and preservation facility for highly sensitive and high value information assets.
Tara Mattai

Tara has in excess of twenty five years experience in operational management and consulting services with organizations in the public and private sectors, providing solutions for records and information management practices, systems, business operations processes and workflows.
Tara is also the co-founder of Infostrata Inc. and Archives ONE Limited Partnership, and is responsible for achieving sustained operational success through continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Michelle Spiro
Business Development Manager
& Project Consultant
Michelle joined AMS in 2004 as a Project Lead with responsibilities for, in excess of, 25 staff and a significant project scope involving the inspection and cataloging of approximately 300,000 containers of records, which she successfully completed on time and on budget.
Her experience beyond that includes working with government agencies and private corporations, overseeing major projects to provide in-house operational solutions for managing information, and instituting logistic solutions for handling hardcopy records through cost-saving methods and effective lifecycle management for millions of records.
